What if I send damaged goods?

This is a big no-no! Sending damaged goods on ThreadEx is against our policy. We believe that you should only send what you would be happy to receive. We closely monitor all sender reviews to ensure all our customers are happy. A sender will receive a warning if they received a review regarding damaged goods two times. If a sender continues to receive bad feedback ThreadEx will contact the sender directly to further discuss and in some cases ban them from using ThreadEx.
